The success of ICFRM-12 will be due to full participation from our worldwide community of scientists and engineers. Due to the extended time needed to process visa applications, we encourage international participants requiring a US visa to contact the General Chairman (GR Odette, icfrm-gc@engineering.ucsb.edu), for a visa support letter before 11/30/2004.
