Hotel Registration

The block of hotel rooms at the DoubleTree meeting hotel is basically exhausted, and thus we have disabled the link to the DoubleTree hotel registration website. However, we expect there will be some cancellations as the conference approaches, and we will therefore hold these open as a small block for the period of 12/4 to 12/8. Thus if you are very interested in staying at this beautiful resort hotel and wish to check to see if a room has opened up, please contact Sally Vito with your travel plans and she will help you arrange lodging, either at the DoubleTree, or if this is not possible at the overflow hotels that are near to the conference location.

We have made arrangements with the Hotel MarMonte and Santa Barbara Inn to accommodate the overflow from the DoubleTree at the same meeting rate of $119/night. These hotels are within fairly easy walking distance of the DoubleTree. However, if you are staying at one of these properties, please remember to bring an umbrella in case of rain.
